1. How quickly do you respond to email queries?

We answer all emails within 2-3 business days.

2. Is this site secure to use?

It sure is. We use Paypal and Mollie to process payments. This means that not even our staff will be able to see your payment details. Paypal and Mollie are one of the largest secure payment providers. Our website is built on a secure platform. Don’t worry, all of your personal information is safe and protected.

 

3. Where are you based?

Our main operations are carried out in Hong Kong and supported by our Support Centre in Slovenia. Our manufacturers and warehouses are located in Hong Kong.

1. DO YOU DELIVER TO MY COUNTRY?

Right now our shipping is limited to The United States, most countries in Europe and the UK, but we are looking into other options at the moment. So stay tuned!

3. How long will it take to get my order?

The delivery usually takes about 14-30 days. You can also check the estimated delivery time of your order, which can be found on our shipping & delivery page.

 

 4. I ordered the wrong size/color/item by mistake. What can I do? 

We are able to change an order before it ships by canceling the current order and having you place a new one for the correct item, so if you catch a mistake in an order before you receive the shipment notification email, then we can cancel the current order.

 

Due to inventory management, we are unable to offer direct exchanges for items that are undamaged. Instead, we accept returns for refunds, and then you can re-order the size/color/cut that you prefer. Just send us an email to cyberlolashop@gmail.com that you would like to return an item for a refund as an exchange, and we will reply with our shipping address and further instructions.
