REFUND POLICY

We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we strive to deliver the best quality products possible. If, however, the item you ordered is damaged or of the wrong size (not the one you ordered) and you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order. 

All returned items must be in new and unused condition and still have their original packaging attached to them. 

* The customer is responsible for return postage costs.

* Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

COVID-19 UPDATE
We regret to inform you that due to a reduction in air traffic (covid-19 reasons) we are experiencing delays in shipping times nationally and globally.

We are unable to guarantee the delivery time of your your parcels at this time. If you, however, do not receive the items in 90 days from today, you will be eligible for a refund.

We hope you can understand and we apologise for any  inconvenience this may cause.
