HOW DOES COVID-19 AFFECT SHIPPING?
Due to a reduction in air traffic we are experiencing slight delays in shipping times nationally and globally. Expect all order processing to take at least 7 working days instead of the usual 2-4 days. Standard shipping times may be increased by 30-60 days. We hope you can understand and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. 


HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?
We offer free shipping to the U.S.A, U.K, and EUROPE for all orders above $100. All prices on our website are quoted in US dollars. If you would like express delivery, there is an option to send the package by USPS Express Delivery, which is calculated at the checkout and usually costs around $26. 


WHEN WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE?
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ---> Order processing takes 3-5 business days and shipping takes around 18-35 business days. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once the item is shipped!

USPS EXPRESS SHIPPING ---> Order processing takes 1-3 business days and shipping take 7-10 business days. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once the item is shipped!


ADDRESS / DELIVERY ISSUES
In cases where there are issues with the address or delivery, the recipient will be required to help coordinate with the courier on resolving shipment issues. This may also involve the recipient picking up the parcel at the courier’s office. We do our best to liase with the courier, but due to varying timezones and different languages, the problem is resolved much more quickly with the recipient’s involvement. That is why we encourage you to provide your telephone number at the checkout. 


NON DELIVERIES / RETURNED DELIVERY

If a delivery is returned due to issues with the address, or if the recipient is not present for delivery and the parcel is returned to us, there will be a shipment fee to redeliver the parcel - this will be calculated and communicated before resending. 

If the customer decides that they would like a full refund instead, a refund can be issued only when the returned parcel is received and the original postage costs to send the parcel will be deducted from the purchase price.
